Explain why it's good for the game

Shotgun scabbard is soul. Basically no advantage given, other than the fact that you can keep a slot reserved for your MOU.

ill see what feedback i get with this for now, ill either expand this pr to other shotguns or make another pr for other shotguns if feedback is positive
