About the pull request
I am going to restrain this PR to adding an armor painter and make it work for heavy, medium and light.
add an option to buy it in clothing surplus and restrain surplus to sell only one main type of light heavy and medium.
going to do armor.dm refactor in another PR.
This PR is just here for me to be able to use the amazing bot github as.
still need to clean up the code by a tons before first review.
