put it in the extended desc? |
The descriptioin removed is just a general overview of how MOPP works, so I'm going to add it again via a field manual esque book placed on the Almayer most likely. Probably will also go in with a few other fluff writings like the national security act and some excerpts. I also didn't want the extended lore desc to be excessively long as it's fairly chunky already. |

About the pull request
Shortens the active description for the MOPP suit so it isn't a bible's worth of text explaining how a MOPP suit works that extends further then the lore desc. This should be a very simple merge.
Explain why it's good for the game
A general item desc shouldn't be excessively long.
