About the pull request
Adds the black boonie hat to the gear preference, its only available in snow map for one boonie hat only, despite being the coolest boonie hat of them all.
Explain why it's good for the game
Now people can use a black boonie hat to looks cool instead if they want, the regular boonie hat still change to the snow one and remain unchanged.
allow for a tiny bit more of customisation.
