About the pull request
Gave the MP riot helmet a visor from #1184, unlike 1184 they can't be removed from the helmet as they're a part of the riot helmet's sprite.
Explain why it's good for the game
It makes the MP Riot helmets look like actual riot helmets instead of just MP helmets with no slots, also it looks cool.
