About the pull request
Makes the shipside synthetic's physical and skill traits the base archetype for all synthetics, i.e. the colony type will match the ship type now.
Explain why it's good for the game
The huge disparity between ship and colony traits significantly impacts and forces many characters to change in order to fit the role, rather than allowing for full freedom in roleplay by offering a standardized slate from which to work which is consistent across roles. Furthermore, the most recent engineering PR placed colony synthetics at a lower skill level both the average private in maintenance and the average lance corporal squad engineer, which further disrupts the colony synthetic's plausibility as their character.
