About the pull request
Adds one new cape able to be used by elites and up, the damaged cape, along with minor changes to the ceremonial cape
Fixed an issue with back plates of armour 5 for all materials except bone being a copy and paste from the chestplate
Explain why it's good for the game
fixes a couple issues, gives more variety to how you can express your character
