this repo is being migrated to kubernetes-sigs/apisnoop, as it's being donated to Kubernetes' sig-architecture

related: kubernetes/org#4705

the cncf/apisnoop repo appears to have been recreated since migrating the repo away. It will need to be removed.
I'm hoping this has that affect
