Adds a new command argument "--all|-a" with the same functionality as git's "commit -a". Revamped the arguments a little, changing the short aliases to avoid misunderstandings with git's equivalents and upgraded the Cargo dependencies. BREAKING CHANGE: Removed short argument alias of breaking_changes, autocomplete, emoji, and issues.
