@coreyar, this would merge into your branch. These are the additional changes I needed to make to run it locally, but I've never done ruby before so maybe there's something I should have known / done differently to get it to work. If so, maybe we should add it to the README.md to make this project more accessible.
Also, FWIW, when I run it, the banner (Code for Nashville Logo) is really big. I also can't see any charts, just: "Error Loading Chart: No charting libraries found - be sure to include one before your charts" in red. Is that what you're seeing?
