#ENH: update automated PR creation for outdated dependencies

Issue Number: Fixes #205

Description: This PR enhances the existing Trivy workflow configuration by:

• Automatic Dependency Updates: Implemented functionality to automatically create a Pull Request when new versions of dependencies are available, reducing manual intervention and ensuring that our libraries are kept up-to-date.
