mediakit_RaspberryPi

ll functions tested with Raspbian FULL 2018.11 on a Raspberry Pi 3b+.
Fixed some network bugs...
Installation see README.md in repository https://github.com/codekoch/mediakit_RaspberryPi/.
Instead of step 3 and step 4 use:
3. tar xvz < <(wget -q -O - https://github.com/codekoch/mediakit_RaspberryPi/archive/v1.47.tar.gz)
4. cd mediakit_RaspberryPi-1.47

Known Bugs:
Setting up wlan hotspot and miracast sometimes fails, but after reboot everything is ok.
