Streamlit app for transcribing videos using OpenAI's whisper library

Downloads videos using youtube-dl (https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl), then uses OpenAI Whisper (https://github.com/openai/whisper) to transcribe the audio. Hosted on public streamlit cloud for now.
