The Simpler SPLOT

In a major change that simplifies and reduces a bunch of code, there is no longer a need for a secret "author" user, and the invisible logins for TRU Writer. Everything can be done now without adding an account to a site. The writing form features a new drag and drop interface for uploading a header image (or click to use the file selector). The theme also no longer needs a separate Writing Desk page (previously used to manage the optional access code) nor the crazy redirects between the two form pages.
