A Simpler, Sleeker SPLOT

In a major change that simplifies and reduces a bunch of code, there is no longer a need for a secret "author" user, and the invisible logins for TRU Writer. Everything can be done now without adding an account to a site. The writing form features a new drag and drop interface for uploading a header image (or click to use the file selector). The theme also no longer needs a separate Writing Desk page (previously used to manage the optional access code) nor the crazy redirects between the two form pages. Also added an image button to the editor to allow insertion of images in text by URL (soon to be enhanced by an upload capability). Wait! Get the next version!
