again using WarpedVRT can be annoying (ref: #292)

This PR fixes couples issues:

remove VRT shape, was returning a wrong output shape for GCPS files
make sure to add the alpha band to the output dataset when needed
make sure to forward the input mask


          fix alpha band for GCPS and make sure mask are forwarded
