Colgate Virtual Galapagos is an interactive digital learning module in development by students and faculty from Colgate University. The goal of the project is to teach children science in an innovative way through the lens of the Galapagos Islands. For details contact [email protected] or [email protected].
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. The live version of Colgate Virtual Galapagos is available here.
Note: Components prefixed with

are experimental, and only shall be used later if we need a better graphics rendering platform.
Download or clone the repository

Run
npm install
Run
npm start
to start the dev server. Project will be running at http://localhost:9000/ To change the port, go to webpack.config.js file
Run
npm run build
to run the production version of the website.
