Fixed breaking changes caused by `pouchdb-find` merge into monorepo

I refactored some of the internals to get this working again after the release of PouchDB 6.2.0.

Support PouchDB 6

Upgraded dependencies to support pouchdb-find v0.10.x and pouchdb v.6.x.x

Paginate, sort by mixed directions

Added pagination and the ability to sort by any list of fields with mixed directions. Fixed a bug where sort directions were ignored.
