The bootstrapping period will be wrapping up soon-ish.

@ebullient thanks Erin. This is all new ground for me. I reviewed the docs, nothing stands out as problematic to me. I'll ask project's other maintainers to take a look too..

We have work in flight getting CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CONTRIBUTING and GOVERNANCE files ready/agreed for the project.

Is drafting the Agreement + asset transfer the next step? How does this process work? Is this a PR?

This PR will (roughly) be the same, especially regarding PROJECTS, CONTACTS, and TRADEMARKS.

The two bootstrapping docs would drop out (as that agreement wouldn't be active anymore). The new Fiscal Sponsorship agreement would be the next step, along w/ relevant asset transfer agreement(s)... You're in a common bucket here.

The asset inventory will be required anywhere you go.

So while we're waiting for the collective voice to express itself, you won't waste anything to start there. @yrodiere has a pretty exhaustive example started, if you want to compare notes.

I'll see if I can share the data -- not entirely sure... But I can provide a Google Sheet template for sure.
