Add ticket reference to Pull Request title: e.g. 'FS-123: Add content', if there is no ticket prefix with BAU

A brief description of the pull request

  • Unit tests and other appropriate tests added or updated
  • README and other documentation has been updated / added (if needed)
  • Commit messages are meaningful and follow good commit message guidelines (e.g. "FS-XXXX: Add margin to nav items preventing overlapping of logo")

Added an assigned to you section on the left of the assessment overview page. This includes a list of people assigned to the assessments, who most resently assigned a person and when. For lead assessors there is also a button to reassign assessors
Amended the breadcrumb trail so that the breadcrumb matches the new user journey of assigning assessors from the application overview page
The details of the assigned to you section are now hidden if there haven't been any assignments. The assign assessments button on the assignments overview page now redirects back to the correct page, assessment dashboard or assessment overview depending on where the user started the assignment journey.
