Fix CiviCRM menu disappearance.
Before
The CiviCRM menu is removed.
After
The CiviCRM menu is still ere, and userMenu inside it.
Technical Details
For example, in WordPress installation,
CRM.$('#page')do not exists, so the$('#civicrm-menu-nav')was inserted nowhere.
