Since NetBeans's migration to Apache, support for some very old libraries have been dropped. Unfortunatley, we still require org-netbeans-modules-javahelp.jar and jhall-2.0_05.jar.
Note that the jars in the NetBeans Help is used by Travis so this should not be deleted.
