Update models to pango-designation release v1.2.127
Description edited 2022-03-16: the tree used in pangolin --usher mode accidentally included new lineages from pango-designation release v1.2.128 (BA.1.2 - BA.1.15, BA.1.13.1, BA.1.15.1) even though it was intended for those to be omitted. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.
