Decision tree model training of pango-designations v1.1.

• Lineages designated: 1,247
• Total sequences designated: 469,042
• Number of sequences matched to GISAID: 450,951 (descrepancy equates to the COG-UK lag)

Changes in this release

LOC no longer input into model, solely assigned on post-hoc curation.

• lineages.metadata.csv, with mapping between GISAID ID, sequence name and lineage.
