This PR adds a setup.py file so that the dune-sync repo can be installed with pip using
pip install git+https://github.com/cowprotocol/dune-sync.git@<branch-name>. This can be tested with:pip install git+https://github.com/cowprotocol/dune-sync.git@pip.
