Updates the following libraries:

  • PCRE2: 10.45 -> 10.46
  • libffi: 3.5.1 -> 3.5.2
  • libxml2: 2.13.6 -> 2.15.0
  • OpenSSL: 3.5.0 -> 3.6.0
  • LLVM: 20.1.7 -> 21.1.3

Depends on crystal-lang/libffi#3

(note to self: static and dynamic library versions should always be in sync)
