Purpose: Create a simple GUI for performing DNA/Lab calculations within a single, easy-to-navigate application.

DNA_Tools_Gui

PyQT5 Gui built to do DNA transcription, translation, Primer analysis (using nearest neighbor), as well as a reference codon table, and dilution calculators.

*Citations for Nearest-Neighbor at bottom of PRIMER-TOOLS.py module

*Future Plans: Create an installer that will allow the use of GUI without OS/Python Library bindings..

Requirements:

Python >3.7, PyQT5 (QtWidgets, etc)
