We would like to receive your data in two different ways.
This option allows us to find new signals in a timed manner with the corresponding video and CAN bus data.
- Allow the drive to fully upload on WiFi.
- To get us the proper link, visit my.comma.ai and open the route that you've allowed to upload on WiFi. Scroll to the bottom and click on "View CAN Data in cabana". Next, click the copy share link button in the top left of the page.
- PM it to
csouers
on the Discord (or email it to [email protected]) along with the year, make, and model of your vehicle.
This option allows us to develop and test the supporting openpilot fork by simulating your exact vehicle.
- Allow the drive to fully upload on WiFi.
- Head to my.comma.ai/useradmin and click on your dongle ID at the first page. From there, find the route where you did the data collection and click on it.
- At top of the page, you'll see a
make public
button. This will make the route available for public download (see the privacy notice below). We will download and use the route to develop bodyharness features.
Confirm your choice to make the route public
Note: Themake public
process can take some time to complete successfully. Do not close the page until you get the following confirmation.
- PM the full route ID (including the dongle ID) to
csouers
on the Discord (or email it to [email protected]) along with the year, make, and model of your vehicle.
Providing us with your data means that we can store it indefinitely and use it for any purpose, not limited to applications related to the bodyharness project. Your data will never be sold or given to another party, without your prior express written consent. Requests for deletion of your stored data can be sent to [email protected] by including your device's dongle ID in the subject line. Data logs may include GPS location data, so if that is of concern to you, move to a public location prior to beginning the data collection process.
