front page: refresh Netlify logo

This updates the Netlify logo displayed on the front page to be one of the "premade badges" required by https://www.netlify.com/legal/open-source-policy/ and presented at https://www.netlify.com/press/#:~:text=Netlify%20Badges. The link's alt text is also made compliant with Netlify's current open source policy.
