  • renamed Subproblem into InequalityHandlingMethod
  • introduced PrimalDualInteriorPointProblem (subclass of OptimizationProblem)
  • introduce a Subproblem class (= a Lagrange-Newton subproblem)
  • pass Subproblem to subproblem solvers
  • allocate memory for evaluations only in subproblem solvers
