I think it would be a good Idea to include the solvers for the robotic arms officially supported by webots. Such as Universal Robots, irb4600, Prob-3, Puma etc.
The whole docker step could be skipped in those instances (huge obstacle for beginners and people with slow internet or small storage).

Perhaps the generated solver could have the [module_extension] appended to its name:
ikfast_robot_[module_extension].cpp
The setup script could then automatically build a module for every such solver in the directory.
