Description (what needs to be done) / Expected Behavior
Move the DAO creator from that script version to something inside of javascript code, because it's not reliable to send the api call and get a response.

Acceptance Criteria
DAO creator works fully as expected, and it glitches less often.

Supporting information (Figma link, notes, etc)

When finished, please add Link to the PR or completed Figma / design asset, as a comment to the ticket.
