Yes, works pretty nicely with MSysGit, not many commands have been ported, but many common ones.

How?

git clone https://github.com/danielmagnussons/dotfiles-windows.git
mv dotfiles-windows/*.* ~/
mv dotfiles-windows/* ~/
mv dotfiles-windows/.* ~/

• mklink files instead of mv
• document everything...
