Adjust style so original URL scrolls

I noticed that with the current style, the URL pushes the rest of the UI elements out of the visible area:

By making the URL scroll, we can still see the rest of the elements on the page without scrolling:

Initially I was unsure what the problem was until I entered a long URL such as your example in the picture. Immediately, the problem and solution was apparent.
