Allows the user to define a location using latitude and longitude in a config file stored in $HOME/.config/nimbus - falls back to geoclue if the file isn't found (addresses #31 )

EDIT: uses gsettings now instead

Hey thanks for your branch! If a manual setting for location would be implemented, it should use gsettings instead of a config file
