Issue being fixed or feature implemented

Update deployment tool to recent version of dashmate

What was done?

  • Updated dashmate config template to Platform v1.1.0

How Has This Been Tested?

Deploy testnet

Breaking Changes

Previous version of dashmate won't be supported
