Why ?
With the current behaviour, when the user clicks on delete link (part of InstitutionalMemory aspect), it deletes the link without any confirmation. User might click on the delete button by-mistake. So, this PR ensures, that a confirmation modal is shown before performing the delete. The modal text is kept similar to what is used in the Business Attribute.
