Bump to 0.2.0

• Add tests for classification utils (DataSplit and Folds Write tests for DataSplit class #36, Write tests for Folds class #37)
• Add verbose option to classes (Add verbose attribute to various classes to turn off printing #40)
• Add option to include additional features along with time features (Add option to include additional features into path #41)
• Add methods for creating path for seqsignet
• Allow passing of indices into DataSplit, Folds and TextEncoder classes
