As mentioned in #229, we can unfortunately not accept machine translations.

This file is translated by my college colleague who learnt Portuguese. I understand that by seeing it translation appears to be done by google translator, but indeed it is done manually. While translating formal tone and grammar is kept in mind. Please point me the changes you want me to add. Meanwhile, I ask my colleague to go through the translation once again and rectify errors, if any. Thank you.
