Cosigt (COsine SImilarity-based GenoTyper) is a small tool and a snakemake pipeline capable to assign structural haplotypes (that is, genotype) to sequenced samples using pangenome graphs. An initial explanation of the rationale behind cosigt is detailed in this manuscript here.
