  1. completer | dbmetadata: All calls to ODBC/SQL migrated away from 

    completer.

DbMetadata now better provisioned.  All get_(catalogs | schema | objects
| functions) calls first look to internal representation, and if
information not found there, then they reach out to sql connection.
