Lambda

• Execution is based on AWS Lambda
• deployed using Apex, v0.9+ with settings in project.json and functions in functions
• export AWS variables AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_REGION for apex to work
• Deploy with FB_APP_ID, FB_APP_SECRET environment variables at apex
• sample: apex -s FB_APP_ID='123' -s FB_APP_SECRET='456' deploy

npm install && npm install -g mocha protractor webpack webpack-dev-server karma-cli
