Add splncs.bst dependency to may31deliverable.pdf
Explain what the generalized max flow algorithm requires Give intuitive explanation of gain factors Include example (figure and analysis missing) Explain edge cases where Idle and Conservative strategies are attained
Add the --shell-escape option at the three pdflatex invocations that compile generalizedMaxFlow.pdf
Add word "explicitly", replace gamma_e with "loss factor"
Replace paragraph stating the special cases of the extended strategy with introductory paragraph to the corresponding lemmas
This way there is no inconsistency with the extended strategy definition, which puts the loss factor in the denominator.
The proof is not entirely correct due to faults in the definition of the Extended strategy. After all gain factors are changed to greater than 1, and the Extended strategy definition is correctly amended, these shortcomings will be addressed.
