Map Overlays

As a user I want to examine a landscape under various aspects, i.e. focus on the my KPIs and let details aside. When I choose a KPI as overlay, items and relations should be colored/marked according to the KPI's status instead of the summarized status. Also transitive status should be shown (#341).

The item icon should be replaced with the current value if an KPI overlay is active. If a KPI set (#576) is chosen, the summarized status should show instead.
