partial fix to updates available notification. This notifies you that your Unreal Launcher has updates to some of your installed assets. In the Unreal Launcher you get a yellow dot indicating you have updates and then have to scroll until you find an asset with an update. Unreal Vault tries to find those asset for you that have updates so it is easy to find. However, this has been a difficult process to determine how Unreal Launcher determines there are updates. This notification does work but sometimes produces false positives. If you get a false positive the best thing to try is delete that asset from your Unreal Launcher Vault cache and re-download.
