DTRA-1965 / Kate / [DTrader-V2] Trading Page translation issues

Changes:

• Added current language as a key to trade params and Guide button in order to rerender them on language change
• Added language as a dependency key to useActiveSymbols hook in order to refetch data (symbols are translated on BE side)
