This release is not widely tested.

This release only contains life-support fixes:

• Point users to the newer (supported) repo: https://github.com/derv82/wifite2 in the banner
• Detecting WPS networks using tshark when wash fails,
• Don't crash if Pyrit does not strip the handshake.
• Various other small fixes/merges.
