Sorry for the large patch. Vim went a bit extreme on the re-indenting of the document. This patch adds support for the SyntaxHighlighter Evolved Wordpress Plugin. Gists can be rendered with this instead of the default gists formatting. Documentation and installation instructions are in the README file.
