In Colleges, there will be a lot of circulars posted by the college management daily. For viewing these circular in time-to-time, this is mobile application built using Flutter and Firebase which gives notification to every end user whenever a circular is posted and also have a password authentication for the faculty to post circular to everyone. In the application, there are categories for different types of circulars based on the Circular category.
