Filters task, delete and modify logs, window time tracing

Describe the solution you'd like

• An option to be able to filter the tasks would be nice since there can be many and using the up and down keys is a bit uncomfortable.
• Option to delete tasks or logs from tasks and modify logs
• It would be cool to have window time tracking, such as https://clockify.me/windows-time-tracking

Thanks for the kind words. I've been a bit occupied with other stuff, so took a while to get back to you here.

• Tasks can be filtered using the / key. I forgot to add that to the help page or the README, so that's my bad
• I will add this functionality. Just FYI, if you didn't know, tasks can be deactivated with ctrl+d (they go into the inactive task list). I will add support for full deletion.
• Not familiar with window time tracking, will look into it. No promises for now :)

Heya, I'm also really enjoying your tool (is there a koffee or tipee or github sponsor thing somewhre of donations ?).

Are you also planning to add support for modifying logs after having saved them ?

My use case is that I keep forgetting I have hours tracking running for one task when in fact I have changed to something else.
In that particular situation, I'd love to be able to modify the very long task to the approximate correct length and then add the missing sessions for tasks done after.

I know I could delete the erroneous log and add manual entries, but I need to then write the start stop time somewhere and it seems impractical...

I've been preoccupied with other stuff in the last few months, but finally, I have some time to work on hours. I will add the ability to update saved task logs soon (will be released in v0.4.0)
